Just like home

Tonight I made dinner with home in mind. It wasn't as delicious as it would have been back home, since I'm not nearly as experienced with making food as my amazing mother is, but it turned out pretty darn good. And it made me happy because it reminded me of home. And it was relatively nutritious. =) Mmmm.
